First some socks. As many of you know, I don't really like to knit socks. Some of these socks have been on needle for years! The way I finally got myself to finished these is to take only a pair of socks on the plane when traveling. It was either knit on socks or nothing. Ta Dah! They are done. I don't have any socks on needle. (But I do still have a bit of sock yarn. Sigh!)
These socks are made with Opal. I bought the yarn at my first Stitches West in 2001. NO I didn't cast them on in 2001, but yes they have been on needle for several years.

These socks use yarn from Ellen's Half Pint Farm. She made this yarn only one year. Can you see the sparkles?

And these are made with Regia. No big deal but I did get the stripping to match.

And now the REALLY big stuff - Sweaters
This is a sweater I made for a friend. I will be sending it to her soon. It's made with Rowan Tapestry yarn.

This is Diagonals in Flight from Iris Schreier's book Lacey Little Knits. I used her
Artyarns Silk Rhapsody for the sweater.

This is my first aran sweater. It's the Must Have cardi by Patons. I used Queensland Collection Kathmandu Aran yarn.

This is the Rib and Lace cardi from Vogue Holiday 2008. I used Nashua Handknits Grand Opera yarn. I wore this to the Student Banquet this year.

So I am now all caught up. *&^&**&^ happy dance #%^&%$#

Love, love, LOVE the Must Have!
The lace and rib cardi is lovely, even better in person. It's a great color for you and very glamorous.
