Stitches West 2009

I'm taking a break in the "Catching Up" posts to publish what I got at Stitches West 2009. I had to wait to do this post until the yarn I ordered at Stitches arrived.

Well it is all here now.

I bought two lace shawl w/bead kits from Just Our Yarn.

This is the River Run Kit. The yarn is 100% tencel.



This is the Lily's Shawl kit. This yarn is cashmere! The color is very had to get a good picutre of. You must see it in order to see the various colors that make up this yarn.



I also bought these 2 skiens from Miss Babs.



I bought these (thanks Catie for helping me pick these) to go with some yarns I already owned for this vest pattern. I know Catie, Julie, Fae and I bought this pattern. Did anyone else buy it? Want to do a knit-along?



I bought one skein of Araucania Ruca from Seaport yarns , which is make from sugar cane. What will they use next!



And at the Student Banquet, I won 3 skeins of Malibrigo Chunky yarn in just my color!



I also bought the Knit One Below book and renewed my Knitters subscription.

I enjoyed Stitches as always but went to the market only Thursday evening and for a couple of hours on Sunday before class. I took Beading on the Edge class, which was good. I really liked the teacher.
